Industrial site
Jackaroo acquired this 1500sqm motel site in 2019 and obtained approval to build a 31 apartment complex, to be known as Curve.
Construction is underway and completion is expected in 2025.
A 32,200 sqm industrial site in Hume currently finalising construction to accommodate a building and construction waste transfer station. It will include a 3000sqm high clearance warehouse and a separate office and amenities block.

Industrial mixed-use site
A retail/industrial mixed-use site situated on 4700sqm of land and accommodating 2800sqm of net lettable area for DHL, Telstra and Muay. Built circa 1992, it has been extensively refurbished with an upgrade to services.
